Ian Kent Levy – chairman
Ian Kent Levy was born in St. Andrew, Jamaica and attended Jamaica College. Ian is an accomplished businessman and philanthropist.
He formed IAN K. (Agencies) Ltd. in 1978, and has been Chairman from its inception to date. IAN K. (Agencies) Ltd. is a highly successful company, which established a foreign trade and investment relationship between French companies and the Government of Jamaica. IAN K. (Agencies) Ltd. has represented Thirty-One (31) French companies since 1978.
The company has negotiated, supplied, financed and implemented contracts for the supply of garbage trucks, sprinkler trucks, water trucks, heavy duty service Trucks, fire trucks, fire boats, water meters, water meter boxes, Ductile iron pipes and fittings, radar equipment, railway locomotives, railway coaches, railway equipment and APFIS System to the Ministry of National Security; SOGET for the Port Community System as well as leased airplanes to the Government. Hon. Hugh C. E. Hart, O.J. – Director
Hugh Hart was born in Jamaica and received his secondary education at Munro College in St Elizabeth, Jamaica, where he represented his college in football, cricket, hockey, tennis, rifle shooting and athletics. He later attended The Queen’s College, in Oxford, England where he obtained a Master of Arts Degree in Law. He is a member of Gray’s Inn, and was called to the Bar in 1953 and admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Judicature of Jamaica in 1956.
A founding partner of the law firm Hart Muirhead Fatta, he was named one of the leading commercial lawyers in Jamaica by the renowned Chambers Global list of top firms and attorneys, and the International Law review. His areas of expertise are commercial law, corporate finance and conveyancing.
He has had considerable experience in Government, having served as Minister of Mining and Energy of the Government of Jamaica 1983-1989; and as Minister of Tourism between 1984-1989
He also served as a Senator in the Jamaican Parliament from 1972 to 1993. He resumed his law practice in 1990 after ceasing to be a Minister in the Jamaican Government.
Mr Hart has been a director of property development companies for over thirty years, both in Jamaica and the Cayman Islands, and was Chairman of Carreras Limited and Jamaica Flour Mills Limited, both listed public companies in Jamaica, and of Ansbacher (Cayman) Limited a Cayman Bank and Trust Company. He has served on various other boards both in Jamaica and the Cayman Islands.
He enjoys golf and horseracing, and has pursued his passion for real estate development, both residential and commercial, in Jamaica and elsewhere, where he has taken a keen interest in site planning with innovative concepts.
Kim Clarke – Director
Kim Clarke was elected President of the Shipping Association of Jamaica in 2012. Prior to becoming President, he served the SAJ as Vice President from 2009 – 2012. Mr. Clarke is a second generation family member to enter the shipping industry and his father, Hylton Clarke, was part-owner of the Maritime Transport Group of Companies. In 2002, Kim became a member of the SAJ’s Managing Committee making him and his father the first father-son team to sit on the Committee simultaneously.
Mr. Clarke’s tenure in the shipping industry began in 1990 at Kirk Line Inc. in Miami where he was a Documentation Clerk. He quickly moved up the ranks to Documentation Manager within a year. Returning to Jamaica in 1991, he became Director of Maritime and Transport Group of Companies. The group consists of Maritime and Transport Services Limited, Maritime Towing Company Limited, Maritime General Insurance Brokers Limited, A.E. Parnell and Company Limited, Parnell Investment Limited and Seaport Equipment Limited.
He is also a director of Kingston Wharves Limited and Newport Fersan Jamaica Limited. He is Managing Director of Boat Services Limited.

Reinaldo Castro – Director
Reinaldo Castro started his career at the age of 15 , working summers with a family member who just happened to be working for the top 3 developers of N.J , he was introduced to an industry that has catapulted his already artistically inclined back ground . So ambitious , his talents lead him to work for numerous celebrities in N.Y , N.J. and now Jamaica . He has been instrumental in the finishes of some of the most prestigious properties on the Island such as The Plantation Inn , The Palmyra, Half Moon , Grand Lido and the recently opened Falmouth Pier . He has done work for Sandals and Super clubs on all their properties and the new major hotel chains recently to the Island such as Ibero Star and Secrets Resorts and Spa , he has also consulted on the Transport Center in Halfway tree . Now with 33yrs of experience in the construction industry , he wants to set a new bar, where the level of finishes are second to none , something that Jamaica has never seen before and is aching for. Jamaica is ready for the elite finishes seen on television and this man is the person to make that happen.
